Cricket Privacy Policy Flytrex Aviation, Ltd. ("we", "us" or "Licensor") provides Cricket, a mobile application that works together with the Cricket hardware device (the "Device") to provide a silent alarm for bicycles (the "Application"). Licensor respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive from the Application and Device. Information We Collect The Application works by collecting the location of your own mobile device as well as the identification of all Devices within range of your mobile device. This data is automatically uploaded to the databases of Licensor, and is regularly collected regardless of whether the Application is "on" or activated. The Application also collects certain other information automatically, such as technical information regarding your mobile device and operating system. In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason, such as your email address. You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Application and Device you agree to provide us with such information. How We Use Information We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We use collected data for the operation of the Cricket systems, in order to prevent bicycle theft and to help locate stolen bicycles as well as other artefacts. In addition, we may use Personal Information and other information internally - for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make the Device and Application more useful for you and for our other customers. By analysing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users ("Statistical Information"). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so the Device, Application and associated services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share Statistical Information with our commercial partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any location data to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that in and of itself identifies any specific individual or user, such as a name, address or contact information. How we Protect Information We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information and other data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States, Canada or the European Union. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
